Our Platform does not offer standalone account registration. Users may access the Services only through authentication provided by third-party platforms. If you choose to sign up for or access the Service through a third-party platform (such as Apple, Facebook, TikTok or Google), we may receive certain information associated with that Platform account, including your user ID, profile image, and other basic account details made available by that service. Third-party platforms generally implement their own account registration and age-related controls. 3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We, together with our service providers and commercial partners, use cookies and comparable tracking tools (such as pixels and similar technologies) to automatically gather information about how users interact with the Platform. These technologies help us understand usage patterns, including which features and pages are accessed most frequently and how content is engaged with. The information collected through these tools is used to operate and improve the Platform, personalize user experience, support advertising activities both within and outside the Platform, and evaluate the performance of advertisements and other content. These technologies may be used by our analytics and advertising partners. Our partners may also use these technologies to promote the Platform across other websites and services.

Cookies and related technologies allow certain functions of the Platform to work properly and enable us to provide enhanced features. Pixel-based technologies consist of small, embedded code or image files that can record details such as when a page is accessed, the type of content displayed, and technical information associated with your device.

You may manage tracking preferences through your device settings or opt-out tools provided by third-party advertisers.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

· Cloud hosting providers

· Payment processors

· Customer support platforms

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for authorized purposes.

4.2 Business Partners

If you choose to register to use the Platform using your social network account details (e.g., Apple, Facebook, or Google), you will provide us or allow your social network to provide us with your phone number, email address, username and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network such as your app ID, access token and the referring URL. 5. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The Platform only allows account access through third-party authentication providers. These providers maintain their own account registration and age verification mechanisms. This approach reduces the likelihood of underage users creating accounts directly within the Platform.

Because the Service may allow users to provide their date of birth or other age-related information, we may use that information to determine whether additional protections apply to a user’s account.

For users who are between the ages of 13 and 17, we apply additional safeguards designed to reduce risks to minors. In particular, where feasible and appropriate, we limit the use of personal information for interest-based advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, tracking technologies, and profiling activities that could be used to infer preferences or behavior across services.

In certain jurisdictions, additional consent may be required before personal information of minors is used for targeted advertising or similar purposes. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain appropriate consent or disable such processing.

Parents or guardians may contact us at privacy@yyysdrama.com if they believe their child has provided personal information.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have rights and choices when it comes to your information. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: (i) know or access the personal information we hold about you; (ii) delete personal information we have collected; (iii) correct inaccurate personal information; (iv) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising; (v) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and (vi) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents should refer to the “California Residents – Additional Disclosures” section below for a full description of rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with enacted privacy laws may also have comparable rights under their respective state laws. You may submit a request to exercise your rights under applicable laws by contacting privacy@yyysdrama.com.

We may verify your identity before fulfilling your request.  We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. In many cases, we aim to respond within forty-five (45) days of receiving a verified request. Where permitted by law, we may extend the response period when reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you of the extension.

If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal our decision by contacting privacy@yyysdrama.com. We will respond to appeals within sixty (60) days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General of your state to submit a complaint.

You may also manage advertising preferences through in-app settings.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Currently, our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the CPRA, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for California residents.

7. Data Security

We implement safeguards designed to protect your personal information and handle it in line with this Privacy Policy. However, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure. While we apply reasonable protections, such as technical security controls and encryption where appropriate, we cannot assure absolute security of information transmitted through the Platform, and any such transmission is made at your own discretion and risk.

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational security measures that are proportionate to the nature of the data and the potential impact on users’ rights and interests. These measures are reviewed regularly and updated as needed to strengthen the protection of our systems and information. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable state and federal law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.29) and other applicable state breach notification laws. Such notification will be provided in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay.

From time to time, the Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services operated by our partners, advertisers, or affiliates. Those external sites operate under their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how such third parties collect or use your information, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal data to them.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to operate the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In certain situations, we may also retain information where required to meet legal or contractual obligations, where it serves our legitimate business interests (such as improving the Platform and maintaining its safety, reliability, and integrity), or where it is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

How long information is stored depends on multiple factors, including the nature of the data and the reasons for which it was collected and used. For instance, information associated with your account is generally maintained while your account remains active. If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, or other applicable policies, content associated with your account may be removed from public access; however, certain records may be preserved for internal review, compliance, and enforcement purposes.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction. The Company is headquartered in California and processes data in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws.

Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. These safeguards may include contractual protections with our service providers and partners, such as standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes — including changes to data collection practices, sharing practices, or your rights — we will provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via in-app notification or email to the address associated with your account, consistent with the notice requirements in our Terms of Use. Non-material changes will be noted by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. Prior versions of this Privacy Policy will be archived and made available upon request.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. For material changes requiring advance notice, acceptance occurs upon your continued use after the expiration of the notice period. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Service.
